Unused credits roll over as long as your account remains active. If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credits anytime — each credit costs 1 cent, and we offer discounted rates for bulk credit purchases.
MMS stands for Multimedia Messaging Service. It allows you to send messages that include images and not just text. Adding media makes your messages more engaging and can boost fan interaction. EventTxt supports both SMS and MMS messaging. Pricing is different for both. Our system will compute the cost prior to you sending your messages.
Every user gets an auto-generated QR code that links directly to their EventTxt lead page. You can print the QR code on posters, flyers, merch tables, or share it online so fans can scan it and easily join your list or check out your music and events.
Yes, you can import your existing contact list. However, EventTxt complies with strict opt-in requirements. When you import contacts, we automatically send a one-time opt-in request message to everyone on your list. Only those who respond and opt in will be added to your contact list. There is a small charge to send these opt-in messages — the system will show you the cost before you complete the import. Attempts to re-import the same contacts repeatedly to bypass this will result in account termination.
Our booking directory contains thousands of venues, festivals, fairs, and radio stations. Each listing includes as much information as possible — like booking emails, phone numbers, websites, and social links — but not every listing will have all fields. We display whatever is available to help you connect and book smarter.
